Eser Epözdemir worked in Bayrampaşa for 2 weeks as the 3rd artist of PASAJ’s artist guest program AIRBayrampaşa, which was carried out with the support of Ramada Encore Bayrampaşa Hotel between 17 and 31 May 2019. The artist planned to work on signboards but due to the questioning of shopkeepers, she let her focus on former Maltepe military hospital which was built in 1827. It is been using now as a riot police station.  It is known that there was a printing house in the period it was used as a hospital and a medical journal was published. Since the book is one of the production practices of the artist, she started research for the reprinting of the medical journal.
The artist, whose research process continues, aims to reprint the medical journal with her own interpretation as a result of the project.
